Refund policy

"All commissions are custom-made and tailored to your specifications. Once we have agreed on the final sketch and the drawing has begun, no refund will be issued, except if I am unable to complete your order.

As custom artworks are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), returns are not accepted once the work is in progress.

Physical prints, once shipped, cannot be returned unless there has been a delivery error (e.g., wrong order received).
